Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – Part A – Teams of 2
    • 4 mile Assault Bike – Alternate every 1/2 mile.  After each turn on the bike, complete burpees as a cash out (Sx = 7 – Rx = 10 – CRx = 15)
  • Rest 3 min
  • Conditioning – Part B – Teams of 2
    • 3K Row – Alternate every 300m – After each turn on the rower, complete doubles unders as a cash out (Sx = :30 sec attempts or 60 Single Unders – Rx = 40 Double Unders / CRx = 60 Double Unders)
  • Finisher – 400m Double Front Rack Kettlebell Carry

    Team 908 has 25 registered athletes – we get more attendance at the 5:00 am Class!! Drop that $20.00 bill and test your limits.

    It’s almost time….we are closing in on that decision we crossfitters; new and seasoned, old and young, contemplate every March…..are we willing to drop that $20 and stress, sweat, achieve, and even fail with our fellow athletes?

    I’m in – this is round 5 for me and yep there will be double unders – and yep I will flail about and struggle! And yep there will be muscle ups – and yep I will envision that perfect motion in hope of the elusive first but more than certainly…utterly flop.

    I don’t care because I will be challenged to perform each move correctly, I will push myself to perform one more repetition as I fight fatigue, I will share my experience with my fellow friends and love and hate every minute.

    Come measure yourself against yourself and others! Come be accountable for each rep! Come and experience a great community Tim, Erin and our coaches have provided us!

    I will be there – I will be the tree that falls in the forest…the one everyone hears.
