02/28/17: A nice little twofer…

This Thursday’s Specialty class will be focusing on some of our most common movements like wall balls, double unders, and rowing and how we can be more efficient not only in our movements patters, but also in our breathing.  Hope to see many of you there!

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning Part A – AMRAP10
    • 50 ft Sled Push – Teams of 4-5 people.  Teams can decide to add weight if desired.  Goal is at least 5 x 50ft sled push each.
  • Rest 5 min –
  • Conditioning Part B – AMRAP15
    • 30 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx – 20# to 10ft / 14# to 9ft)
    • 15 Calorie Row
    • 5 Muscle Ups (Sx = 10 Jumping Chest To Bar Pull UPs)
  • Finisher – 300m 1/2 Farmers / 1/2 Waiters Carry
