Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 toes-to-bars
8 power cleans
Then, 2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge
16 bar muscle-ups
8 power cleans
Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds. –

  • Skill – 5 Sets – 10 Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunge (5 each leg) – Start light, work on technique and breathing.  Build to a moderately challenging set
  • Conditioning – For Time
    • 1K Row
    • 50 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
    • 30 Dumbbell Thrusters (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30#)
  • Finisher – Foam Roll Quads / IT Bands – Lax Ball Forearms
