Today’s Workout – 7am/8am Classes

  • “Cindy” – AMRAP20
    • 5 Pull Ups
    • 10 PUsh Ups
    • 15 Air Squats
  • Finisher – Relax, enjoy your Saturday.  Hang around and cheer on those doing 17.2.

Today’s Workout – 9am – Open Workout 17.2

  • Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
    • 2 rounds of
      • 50-ft. Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunge (Sx = 35#/20# – Rx = 50#/35#)
      • 16 Toes To Bar
      • 8 Dumbbell Power Cleans (Same as above)
    • Then, 2 rounds of:
      • 50-ft.Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunge
      • 16 Bar Muscle-Ups
      • 8 Dumbbell Power Cleans
    • Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.

    I have to miss today but will use the time wisely to meditate on my bar muscle ups
