  • EMOM10 – 2 Power Cleans + 1 Clean – Start @ 65% of 1RM Clean.  Add weight if possible.
  • Conditioning – For Time – 15 min time cap – “Jackson”
    • 1K Row
    • 50 Burpees
    • 30 Chest To Bar Pull Ups (Sx = Banded Strict or Jumping Chest To Bar)
  • Finisher –  8 x :15 on / :15 off Hollow Hold
