09/13/16: We need judges!

Hey Folks, we still need at least another 10 judges.  I know some of you may want to judge but feel like you would not be good at it.  Pat has been our head judge for the past 4 years and he holds a judging seminar before the competition to ensure that everyone is aware of the standards.  If you are able to judge, please sign up HERE.  We need the help!

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – Every 5 min for 5 rounds complete the following (If you are unable to finish in under 5 min complete 4 rounds every 6 minutes)
    • Run 300m
    • 20 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14# to 10ft)
    • 15 Box Jump Overs (Sx = 20″/18 – Rx = 24″/20″)
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 10 Strict Ring Dips / 10 Strict Toes To Bar
