Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – “Bear vs. Monkey” In teams of 2 complete the following for time:
    • 50-40-30-20-10 reps of
      • Deadlift – (Sx = 115#/75# – Rx = 155#/105# – CRx = 205#/135#)
      • Box Jump (Sx = 20″/19″ – Rx = 24″/20: – CRx = 30″/24″)
  • Finisher – 8 x :15 on / :15 off hollow hold
