    • Then – 3 RFT
      • 21 Front Squats (Sx = 65#/45# – Rx = 95#/65#)
      • 12 Push Press
    • 800m Run
  • Finisher – 10 min of Rope Climb Technique work. (Foot Holds / Progressing from Modified to regular / Trying Legless)
