  • #2 – Sled Push – Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes push the sled 200ft
    • Sx = Unloaded / Rx = +45#/+25# / CRx = +90#/+45#
  • #3 – Row For Calories – Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes complete
    • Sx = 20/16 / Rx = 30/20 / CRx = 40/30
