Today’s Workout:

  • Strength / Skill – 5 Rounds For Total Reps
    • :30 Max Reps Strict Chin Ups
    • :30 Rest
    • :30 Max Reps Push Ups
    • :30 Rest
    • :30 Max Reps Double Unders
    • :30 Rest
  • Conditioning – “Gasper the Friendly Ghost”
    • 75 Hang Power Cleans For Time (Sx = 65#/45# – Rx = 95#/65#)
    • At the top of every 30 seconds complete Sx = 1 / Rx = 2 / CRx = 3 burpees over the bar.  Workout starts with burpees.  18 min time cap
  • Finisher – 400M – 1 Arm Farmers Carry / 1 Arm Waiters Carry – Alternate as needed.
