Today’s Workout:
- Teams of 2 – Against a 25 min running clock, complete the following – “Strategery”
- Buy In – 1 Mile Run (Sub 2k row OR 3 mile bike)
- Then in the remaining time AMRAP:
- 5 Synchronized Burpees (Each partner does 5 burpees)
- 10 Pull Ups (SX = Ring Rows / CRx = CTB)
- 10 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18 – Rx = 24″/20″)
- ****NOTE – Add 5 reps to Pull Ups and Box Jumps every round. Burpees always stay at 5*****
- Finisher – 2min side plank each side – break it up however
