Erin and I cannot thank you all enough for your very generous gift.  We are beyond thrilled to have such an amazing community.  The party was amazing, and we had such a great showing.  Thank you to everyone who came out and made the night so special  Another successful 908 party in the books.

Today’s workout:

  • Strength – 6 x 6 Back Squat – Add 1-5lbs from last MONDAY
  • Conditioning – For Time – “Lithium” – Last completed 06/07/16
    • 1k Row
    • 50 Toes To Bar
    • 30 Push Jerks (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 165#/115#)
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 10 Kettlebell Side Bends Each Side + 10 Tempo Sit Ups (3 seconds up / 3 seconds down) – Add weight if possible
