  • Strength – 8 x 4 Back Squat @ 1-5# heavier than last Friday
  • Conditioning – AMRAP10 – “Chupacabra”
    • 10 Hang Power Cleans (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
    • 20 Push Ups (Sx = 10 Push Ups)
  • Finisher – 300m Farmers Carry
