01/30/12 – New Fundamentals Starts This Tuesday!

CrossFit 908 New Fundamentals program starts this Tuesday @ 6:45pm.  Please contact [email protected] to sign up.  We also have a free introductory class tonight @ 7:30pm.

Nutrition Challengers – Please post your point totals from week 1&2 as well as your total to date.  Two weeks down and some people are starting to notice some changes.  Anyone care to tell us how they feel so far?

Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Back Squat – 5-4-3-2-1 Start @ 80% and make small jumps
  • WOD – Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes complete
    • 10 Box Jumps – (24″/20″)
    • 5 Hand Release Push Ups (Games Competitors 10 HRPU)
  • Accessory – Plank 2 minutes on each side
  • Stretch

    I’m glad I’m doing this…I am finally not so tired!

      1. From day 1 I started feeling so much better, but last week I got super tired and had more than 1 or 2 people notice. So far I haven’t had any cravings which has been interesting and overall I feel really good.

  2. fell off the wagon completely while in Canada. -2 Friday, -2 Saturday, -2 Sunday. I am way over the 6 cheats allowed for the challenge so I am out. 🙁

    I wish I could say that by now I’m not craving diet soda but I am. That’s the hardest part for me, to stay away from artificial sweetener. Otherwise, I feel pretty good. My skin feels different. I wonder if its because of the diet that I’m flushing out my system. Is this typical?

    1. When I did the Whole30 diet, at least 5-6 people noticed my skin got better. I didn’t really notice until after they told me. So I I think what you eat definitely changes you from the inside & out. Good luck w/ the rest of the challenge!

    I definitely feel more energetic and I think doing the challenge definitely helped me out with Saturdays workout. Im not sure how much weight I’ve lost but people say they notice a difference so thats pretty cool. Keep it up everyone!

  5. +2 for Sunday, +10 for the week, +21 so far. I feel so much less bloated and have lost 4lbs so far 🙂

    1. The workout was a 10,000 m row per team (4 ppl per team). One person rows while the other teammates run
