    • 5 Power Cleans (135/95)
    • 5 Front Squats
    • 5 Push Jerk
    • 5 Burpees
  • Accessory – 3 x 20 GHD Sit Ups
  • Stretch

  1. Ok. I’m totally screwing this up! 3 cheats @ -1 each over two weeks. Soooo, think I’m at 19 for weeks 1-2. Sorry for all the posts!!

  2. Dog training is excellent because it scales with you. As you get stronger, the dog gets bigger and heavier to match your progress, ingenious!!

    1. Milo of Croton allegedly got his super-strength by carrying a calf around everyday as it grew. He also got his hands stuck in a tree and was eaten by wolves.

    2. Its a new WOD: doggy style push-ups. Oh wait… that may get people talking about how we are running our box
