Nutrition Challenge – Make sure you are all prepping and cooking lots of good food for the week. Make enough for multiple meals from one recipe. Don’t go hungry! For those of you who are eating significantly less carbohydrates, please make sure to increase your fat intake. Avocados, Coconut Oil, EVOO, Ghee, Nuts, etc are things you should be eating.
