Today’s Workout

  • Strength – Back Squat – 1×15 @ weight from 01/07 
  • Conditioning – AMRAP12
    • 5 Strict Pull Ups
    • 10 Kettlebell Swings (Sx – 44#/26# – Rx – 53#/35# – C-Rx – 70#/53#)
    • 15 Abmat Sit Ups
  • Finisher – 3 x 20 Hip Extensions

  1. meatballs and sauce, bacon wrapped spicy chicken thighs, chicken posole soup (modified), roasted brussel sprouts, butternut squash hash, toasted pecans seasoned with cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice, and toasted almonds seasoned with smoky spice blend and cayenne, and boiled eggs and bacon! Thank goodness for a freezer.

  2. Here are a couple things I made this weekend. YUM!

    – South of the Border stuffed Sweet potatoes
    – Chili Lime Shrimp & “Rice” (Cauliflower Rice)
    – Braised Beef Taco Lettuce Wraps
