02/19/13: Burpee Tuesdee

  • Strength – 3 x 10 Push Prees (Taken from ground.  Work on fluidity or “unbroken”)
  • WOD – AMRAP8 – Increasing ladder
    • 1-2-3-4-5….. of Burpees with 10 Double Unders at the start of each round
  • Finisher – Max Effort Overhead Hold – 45#/25# – 5 min Time Cap
