16.2 was announced. It is a workout that allows the stronger athlete to showcase his or her strength, but undoubtedly it will be a heavy breather. Here is a link to the description of the workout. Saturday we will run heats of 12-14 people. Again, we would like you to judge at least two heats. We should be able to knock it out in under two hours.
Today’s Workout:
- Conditioning – EMOM30
- Min 1 – 1-2 Rope Climbs OR 1 Legless Rope Climb (Sx = 10-15 Ring Rows)
- Min 2 – Cal Assault Bike (Sx = 7/5, Rx = 11/8, CRx = 15/11)
- Min 3 – 80ft Sled Push (Sx = Unloaded, Rx = +25#, CRx = +45#)
- Min 4 – 10 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = DB Press or Box, Rx = Head to Ground, CRx = Strict)
- Min 5 – Row (Sx = 10/8 cals, Rx = 15/10 cals, CRx = 20/15 cals)
- Min 6 – Rest
- Finisher – Spend 10-15 min working on toes to bar. No more than 20-30 reps
