Reminders:
- Saturday – 8am – We will be completing 13.2 or the current week’s CrossFit Open Workout. If you have already completed the workout, we will have something nice for you.
- Saturday – 9am – Same deal as last week. We’ll be able to run bigger heats this week, keep transition time at a minimum and get you all out faster. Please show up at 9am and plan to judge a heat or two.
- Sunday – Yoga and Open Gym – Open Gym has been moved to 10am-12pm. Yoga will begin at 12:15pm. That means you need to be done with your workout and have your equipment put away by 12pm.

- Strength – Ring Dips – 3 x 8-10 Reps as challenging as possible (No kipping)

- 6 Toes To Bar
- 9 Burpees
- Finisher – 4 x 30 on / 30 off – Double Unders (Total Reps)
