Today’s Workout:
- Conditioning – AMRAP20 –
- 400M Run (Sub 500m Row or 0.7 mile Bike)
- 8/5 Ring Muscle Ups (Sx = 12 Chest To Bar Pull Ups + 12 Hand Release Push Ups. Jumping chest to bar is an option as well)
- Finisher – 4 x :30 Push Ups – Rest 60 seconds between sets. Make them perfect.
