03/30/17: Thirsty Legs Thursday

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Take 15 minutes to find a heavy deadlift for 3 reps
  • Conditioning – 3 Rounds Each For Time – Rest 3 min after each round
    • 50 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14# – CRx = 35#/20#)
    • Goal is to do as big of sets as possible.  If you think you can go unbroken, do it, and then go up in weight on your next set.  Focus on your breathing pattern while performing the wall ball.  You should keep a consistent inhale/exhale as you move through the reps.  If you struggle with wall balls, now is the time to hold yourself accountable and only count the reps that you perform successfully (i.e. squatting below parallel and throwing to the proper target).
  • Finisher – 5 Sets – 100ft Double Front Rack KB Carry + 10 Farmers Lunges (5 each leg)
