  • Mobility Warm Up
  • WOD – 5 Rounds For Time
    • Run 300m (Row 300m if raining)
    • 15 Thrusters (Barbell / Dumbbell / Kettlebell)
    • 15 Burpees
  • Collect a total of 120 seconds in an L-Hold
  • Stretch
