- 400m Run …. THEN
- 100 DB Snatch (Alternating – Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30# – CRx = 60#+/45#+)
- 100 Abmat Sit UPs
- 100 Burpees
- 100 Dumbbell Squats (Same as Snatch)
- 800m Run
