Today’s Workout – Teams of 2

  • 400m Run …. THEN
    • 100 DB Snatch (Alternating – Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30# – CRx = 60#+/45#+)
    • 100 Abmat Sit UPs
    • 100 Burpees
    • 100 Dumbbell Squats (Same as Snatch)
  • 800m Run
