Today’s Workout:

  • Deadlift – 5-4-3-2-1
  • Conditioning – AMRAP15 – Teams of 3
    • Pace Setter – 200m Run (Out Back / In Front)
    • For Total Reps
      • Max Air Squats (CRx = Pistols)
      • Max Stone Over Shoulder (Sx = 75#/50# – Rx = 100#/75# – CRx = 150#/100)
      • NOTE – Get into groups of three that can share the same stone.  Treat the stone over shoulder like rope climbs.  You will need rest between reps.  If someone needs to double up with you, be a friendly neighbor.
  • Finisher – 2 min each leg dragon pose (Hip Flexor Stretch) + 1 min side plank each side
