Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – 10 Rounds For Time – “Heave-in Conditioner” – 40 min time cap
    • 20 Air Squats
    • 10 Burpees
    • 200m Run
    • ***CRx – Use a 20# vest if you have one****
  • Finisher – 3 x 15 KB Side Bends + :30 Side plank Each Side

Berkeley Heights 5K – On Sunday, 09/17 @ 9:30am Erin and I will be running in the Berkeley Heights 5k.
