- Strength/Skill – 7 x 2 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats (All sets should be at a challenging weight)
- Conditioning – “Through The Roof” – 3RFT
- 20 Pull Ups
- 15 Overhead Squats (Sx = 45#/35# – Rx = 75#/55# – CRx = 115#/75#)
- 10 Power Snatch (Same)
- Finisher – 3 x :30 HS Hold or 3 x 10 Strict HSPU
