    • 44 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = DB Press / Rx = Head to Ground / CRx = Strict or Deficit)
    • 400m Run (together)
    • 66 Burpees
    • 800m Run Together
    • 88 Deadlifts
    • NOTE***Minimum 5 reps per partner before alternating on movements****
  • Finisher – Strict Chin Ups – 4 x 8-10
