Every 3 min. for 7 Sets- 5 Push Presses (85% of 3 RM)
- Conditioning – “Kip-Wrecked”
AMRAP 8- 12 DB Snatches (rx – 40#|25# crx – 50#|35#)
- 4 Bar Muscle Ups (sx – 6 CTB PU/PU/Jumping PU or 8 Ring Rows)
- Accessory
3 Sets- 20 Hip Bridges (Pause at the top + slow negative)
- 20 Lateral Step Overs (Band or PVC)
