Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • Work on a Goal – It can be anything – 15 min – If you don’t have a goal, you do now.
  • For Time – The past three workouts have been long and have included a number of weightlifting movements. Today we are keeping it light and working on endurance.

    • 50 Burpees
  • 3 x 15 Knees to Elbows
  • Mobility WOD – Partner Stretching
