Reminder- yoga is cancelled this Sunday!
Today we will be doing a partner workout to send Emmy off in style. Emmy will be leaving us for a job opportunity in North Carolina. We know she will be back, but until then we want her to know that we will miss her deeply.
Today’s Workout:
- Teams of 2 – For Time (One person works while the other rests) – This workout is written as Rx. Please scaled reps / weights as needed.
- 100 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
- 100 Overhead Plate Lunges (45#/25#)
- 100 Toes To Bar
- 100 Kb Swings (53#/35#)
- 100 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
- 100 Burpees
- 100 Double Unders
- 10 Rope Climbs (Sub a shorter rope climb from a laying position to a standing position. Sub further to pull ups (30 pull ups each)
- Finisher – Wish Emmy luck!
