10/28/17: Teamwork

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – Teams of 2 – For Time
    • 300 / 240 Calorie Row
    • At the top of every 2 minutes each partner will complete 10 thrusters.  As soon as partner 1 completes the thrusters he/she can begin rowing.  Partner 2 will complete his/her thrusters while partner one is rowing.  Nobody can row until one partner completes 10 thrusters.  Enjoy! (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65#)
  • Finisher – 2 min couch stretch each leg + 2 min foam roll each of the following – quad / IT Band / calves
