- 30 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
- 20 Toes To Bar (Sx = Straight Leg Raise)
- Finisher – Strict Pull Ups – 10-9-8-7-6-5 reps – Rest as needed
