11/02/17: Delicious Heights Saturday Night!

Hey All, we will be meeting at Delicious Heights Saturday night, 11/04 around 7:30pm for some adult fun.  We hope to see as many of you there as possible.  Babysitters and Uber….Do it!

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning –  “Row-Toe Rooter” – 4 Rounds Each For Time – Rest 3 minutes between rounds – 40 min time cap
    • 40/30 Calorie Row
    • 30 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
    • 20 Toes To Bar (Sx = Straight Leg Raise)
  • Finisher – Strict Pull Ups – 10-9-8-7-6-5 reps – Rest as needed
