11/29/12: Yhursday

Work on a goal today, or make up a missed Max Effort from this week.  It is important to attempt max efforts and record your scores.  I just want to say congratulations to everyone who set a personal record this week.  I see how hard all of you work every time you are in the gym, and a week like this gets me fired up with all of the amazing numbers being put up.  Keep it up, and get excited about programming for 2013!
