11/30/12: Frideads!

  • Mobility – PVC Good Mornings x 10 / Lunges x 10 / Plank x 30 sec / Superman hold x 20 sec
  • Strength – Find a 1RM Deadlift – 20 min (Form is paramount.  You will be cut off if you look like a scared cat.  Don’t get upset.  We love you.)
  • WOD – 3RFT
    • 60m Bear Crawl
    • 40m Heavy DB Lunge (40+/20+)
    • 20 V-Ups
  • Finisher – Foam Roll!
Oh, the many stages of suck during the burpee.
