  • Warm Up – Tabata Double Unders – 8 x 20 on / 10 off – Work singles as a sub
  • WOD – Teams of 3 – 20 mi
    • Pace Setter – 200m Sandbag Run – Bring sandbags inside each time
    • Workers –
      • 200 reps Ground to Overhead with a plate (45#/25)
      • 175 Abmat Sit Ups
      • 150 High Box Jumps (30″/24″) – Step downs suggested.  Games Standard at top.
    • Coach’s Note – Someone must always be running.  Only one person at an exercise at a time.
