- Mobility Warm up
- Deadlift – 5×5
- WOD – 10 min AMRAP
- 20 DU’s
- 10 Knees to Elbows
- 10 KB Swings
- Stretch / Foam Roll
I would do like a 10:30 tomorrow if anyone else is up for it? I don’t want to make you add one just for me though – so just let me know if others are interested 🙂

I would also attend a morning class tomorrow. Anytime after 9am.

We are planning on hosting an 11am WOD. I have a physical Therapy appointment @ 9:30am, and should be up here by 10:50am or so.
