12/30/15: Nearly a new year!

Holiday Schedule This Week:

  • Thursday – New Years Eve  – 6am / 9am-11am Open gym for both times just like all of our Thursdays.  We will post a couple suggested workouts.
  • Friday – New Years Day – 10am / 11am classes.  The workout will likely be a partner or team workout so we can accommodate a large group.  
  • Saturday – Jan 2, 2016 – 7:30am/8:30am/9:30am – Business as usual

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 5 x 5 Dumbbell Shoulder Press
  • Conditioning – “Dumbrun” – 5 Rounds For time
    • 10 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30# – CRx = 50#/35#)
    • 10 Dumbbell Front Rack Reverse Lunge (Same)
    • 10 Dumbbell Push Press (Same)
    • Run 400m
  • Finisher – AMRAP2 – Double Unders
