This is what is meant by not pulling early with the arms.  Matt is able to keep his arms straight as he prepares to jump the weight up.  Matt's weight is shifting a little too far forward as his heels are already off the ground.

Schedule –

  • New Mobility Warm Up
  • WOD – 4 Rounds For Total Reps/Calories
    • 1 min – Med Ball Clean + Wall Ball
    • 1 min – Double Unders
    • 1 min – Dumbbell Sit Up (Hold dumbbell with two hands across chest)
    • 1 min – Row (For Calories)
    • 1 min – Rest
  • More Hip Extensions mobility – Do it as your finisher.  Spend the full ten minutes.
