- 25 Double Unders
- 3 Power Snatch (Sx = 45/33#, Rx = 75/55#, Crx = 95/65#)
- 3 Hand Release Push Ups
- 25 Double Unders
- 6 Power Snatch (light)
- 6 Hand Release Push Ups
- 25/9/9
- 25/12/12
- 25/15/15
- and so on…
