A number of 908ers and myself are competing in FreeHold today in the Garage Games Main St. Pride Event. The event has over 500 competitors and is bound to be a long, cold day, but we have each other to lean on. it is going to be a great day! Good luck to all of the competitors!

- Strength – Push Press – 5-5-3-3-1-1 (Note: If you are feeling any pain going over head, try pushing in another direction. Wtd push ups, or weighted dips. Don’t push through pain.)
- WOD: – For Time
- 100 Double Unders
- 80 Jumping Lunges
- 60 Hand Release Push Ups
- 40 Pull Ups (C-rx – CTB)
- 20 Toes To Bar
- Finisher – 2 min Hollow Hold
Competitor Class – Please remember this class is advanced, and will move at an advanced pace.
- Skill #1- Bar Muscle Up
- Skill #2 – Hang Power Clean – 5×3
- AMRAP5 – 165#/115# Clean + Shoulder to Overhead – Clean must pass through a full front squat.
