  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Weighted Pull Ups – 5-5-5-5-5 (Attempt to increase weight each set)  If you are unable to do weighted pull ups try unassisted pull ups or one band harder than you are used to.
  • WOD – “Karen” For Time
    • 150 Wall Balls (20#/14# to 10′ target)
  • Medial Hamstring Stretches – Mobility WOD
