05/28/14: Don't Forget Your Front Squats

Just wanted to drop a quick note to say how impressive you all were on the deadlifts. I know I didn’t get to see the PMers crush heavy weight, but I have it on good word that you guys rocked it as well.  There was some serious weight being thrown around, and what’s better is that you all were moving so well.  Thought you all should know how truly awesome you are.

Regionals T-Shirts are in.  Please bring $20 cash if you ordered one and pick your shirt up this week prior to going to Boston. We ask that all of you who purchased shirts and who will be in attendance to please wear your shirts on Saturday.
