  • Strength – 5×5 Back Squat – Same weight across sets
  • WOD – For Time
    • 60 KB Swings (53/35)
    • 50 Box Jumps
    • 40 Burpees
    • 30 2-for-1 Jumping Lunges
    • 20 Hand Stand Push Ups
  • Accessory – 3 x Max Effort Unbroken Toes To Bar – Rest 60 sec
  • Additional Cardio – 10x100m Hill Sprints (Bottom of driveway to first stop sign.  Jog down each round – 90%+ effort) – Perform on your own.

  1. Im here at home watching the Giants eating pizza with extra cheese be er mac n cheese and washing it down with Pepsi. Going to have oreos cookies with milk for dessert. Goodbye yummy food
