10/03/14: NC Day #3

It’s Friday, one of the harder days on a Nutrition Challenge.  Make sure you post your points to the Facebook group and hold yourself accountable.  If you can make it through this first weekend unscathed, you can make it the whole month no problem.  Be strong. Feeling and looking better outweighs a cheap cheat.

Today’s Workout:

  • Deadlift – 3 x 5 @ 75% of 1RM
  • Conditioning – For Time
    • 1K Row
    • 50 Russian Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 30 Toes To Bar
    • 500M Row
    • 25 Russian Swings
    • 15 Toes To Bar
  • Finisher – 3 x 20 Good Mornings or Hip Extensions
