11/07/12: Sandy Clause

In CrossFit we honor fallen soldiers, diseases, and tragedies by pushing ourselves in our workouts.  It doesn’t sound like much to an outsider, but any CrossFitter will tell you that named workouts can be the most challenging of them all, both mentally and physically. Well, last week Sandy left her mark, the likes of which we’ll be dealing wtih for months if not years in certain parts of the country.  Now, to add insult to injury, there is a Noreaster about to hit the eastern seaboard.  Obviously, donating our time, money and necessities to help those in need are the best things we can do, but today we are also going to bust our humps and think about how bad things are in other places of the country, and turn that into the motivation needed to beat this workout down!  Here she is, in all her glory, Sandy Clause
