908 Athletics CrossFit Kids program is designed to introduce kids to the fundamentals of fitness in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Our goal is to foster a lifelong love for health and fitness through age-appropriate exercises and activities that emphasize physical, social, and emotional well-being.
Program Objectives:
💪**Build Strength and Endurance**: Through various exercises, children will develop physical strength and cardiovascular endurance, setting the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
🤸♀️**Enhance Coordination and Flexibility**: Activities will focus on improving motor skills, balance, and flexibility, which are essential for overall physical development.🏃♂️**Promote Healthy Habits**: Instilling the importance of regular physical activity and healthy eating habits early on.
🤩**Boost Confidence and Teamwork**: Encouraging a supportive community where kids learn to set goals, work together, and build self-confidence.
📌Program Details: From September 16 through November 13, our 8-week program with 2x/week sessions on Mon/Wed from 3:45-4:30pm at our Westfield location and 3:30-4:15pm at our Berkeley Heights location will provide the structured environment and the comprehensive support kids need to thrive.

👉 Ages: Tailored for kids ages 7-11 with structured workouts that focus on strength, endurance and agility.
