As our community continues to thrive and grow, it has become apparent that there exists a significant gap in the fitness realm specifically tailored for teenagers. While we adults enjoy a plethora of group fitness options, our teenagers are often limited to their high school weight rooms or the local YMCA. It’s concerning to see these young ones left to navigate weightlifting on their own, especially when some of their gym antics may raise concerns for their long-term well-being. Here is what makes Iron Youth a great program for your teenagers.
Empowering Teen Fitness: 908 Athletics Iron Youth isn’t just another training program; it’s a transformative journey guiding teenagers toward their fitness aspirations with mentorship and expert guidance.
Program Details: From September 17 through November 14, our 8-week program with 2x/week sessions on Tue/Thurs from 3:30-4:30pm at both 908 Athletics locations will provide the structured environment and the comprehensive support teens need to thrive. Spots are limited to 20 teens maximum!
Ages: Tailored for grades 7-12, 908 Iron Youth offers the requisite tools to navigate the rigors of strength training safely and effectively.
Holistic Approach: Beyond mere weightlifting, our program covers nutrition and sleep and the pertinent needs of teenagers for optimum health and peak performance.
