January 2025 Nutrition Challenge Details

When - Monday, January 27, 2025 - Sunday, March 9, 2025
Who - Individual challenge. This is for anyone who has a goal to reach body composition changes, improve their overall wellness, and want to ramp up their performance for the 2025 CrossFit Open.
What - Basic Nutrition 101. A private Mighty Networks group, online support, and accountability from a certified nutrition coach. Weekly nutrition prompts to allow you to learn how to take these habits outside of the challenge.

What's Included -

  • Two free body fat % and body composition measurements done through our InBody Scanner. Each participant will receive one prior to the challenge and one at the end.  Each scan will give you a breakdown of weight, body fat %, lean muscle mass, and other important body composition data.  
  • Limited participants to allow more access to accountability and help.
  • Free exclusive nutrition content.
  • Private Mighty Network group to help answer questions, share ideas and recipes, earn bonus points, food prep videos, and more.
  • Sample grocery lists and guides to help you prepare for success.
  • Access to google sheet leaderboard to see how you stack up to the rest of the participants.
  • Personal Macros if you would like for an additional $25.

Prizes -

The top 3 winners will be chosen based on the following criteria - participation, weight loss and/or body fat % loss, before/after photos, and point totals. All three will receive prizes!

InBody Scan 101

Check out our FAQs HERE before your first scan. It is important to make sure you follow the guidelines to yield the best/most consistent results!

What is an InBody Scan? An InBody Scan is a body composition analyzer. The InBody Test provides a comprehensive view of body water, proteins, minerals, and body fat. These are the components of the human body closely related to the status of our health and body fat composition.

How Does it Work? Hassle free testing. You will stand on the device, hold the handles, and within seconds it will start to calculate and analyze your body composition. After the test is completed, you will be provided with a complete breakdown.

How does the challenge work?

The entire challenge will be hosted on the Mighty Networks App. iOS/ANDROID .

Online Leaderboard

  1. You will receive a downloadable link to your nutrition scorecard.
    • This will include, but not limited to points earned in sleep, movement, veggie & protein intake, and alcohol consumption.
  2. At the end of each week, you will submit your points on Mighty Networks.
  3. Access to a google sheet leaderboard to see how you stack up to the rest of the participants. We will also post the top 3 scores at the end of each week in the private Mighty Networks group.
  4. Opportunities to earn bonus points.

Pop up Challenges for Bonus Points - You will also see pop up challenges throughout the six weeks where you can receive extra points.  These will include a benchmark workout, practicing new nutrition habits provided to you, stress management, and interaction in Mighty Networks.


Before / After Pictures - These are mandatory for this challenge if you want to be considered for the grand prize.  A lot of change can happen in six weeks, and we want to record that.  Photos should be taken in form-fitting workout attire. Pictures will not be shared publicly unless you approve of their use.  They will however need to be submitted as part of your overall challenge performance. What resources do I have?

I want in!  So where do I start?

1. Register in the PushPress Members App

2. Email karen@908athletics.com to let her know you are registered, and she can add you to the private Mighty Networks group.

3. Start planning out your meals/grocery lists.

4. Weigh in on the Inbody scanner and take before photos. E-mail a copy of your Inbody scan results and starting photos to karen@908athletics.com by Wednesday, January 29th.

Interested in Tracking Macros?


This will be for clients that are more advanced with nutrition. Anyone that would like macros assigned to them, please email Karen at karen@908athletics.com. There will be an additional $25 charge for macros.

To join the challenge, please register in Push Press and email karen@908athletics.com by Wednesday, January 29th with your InBody scan results and starting photos.
