    • Build to a Heavy 3 Rep Deadlift
  • Conditioning - "Heave-is and Butt-had"AMRAP 10
    • 10 DB Hang Power Snatches (Alternate Arms Every 5 Reps)
    • 8 Single Arm Overhead Lunges (Alternate Arms Every 4 Reps)
    • 6 Handstand Push Ups (sx: Box/Pike/HRPU crx: Strict)
  • Accessory4 Sets
    • 15 Single Arm Row (Each Arm)
